Audit
I find out where you stand. What’s working, what isn’t, who’s getting the jobs you want, and what can be won quickly.
Getting found is one thing. Getting hired is another.
Rankings alone don’t pay the bills. Booked jobs do.
The problem
Ranking gets you seen, and that matters. It just doesn’t get you hired on its own. Plenty of businesses climb for a search term with a big number beside it, watch the traffic arrive, and find that almost none of it turned into real work.
The searches worth winning are usually the smaller, uglier ones. Someone typing the job, the town, and the urgency has already decided to hire somebody. They’re just choosing who.
I get you ranking for the searches that end in work first, and the big ones next. New business coming in beats a chart going up.
Is this you?
What it covers
Search isn’t just one job, and a lot of it happens off your website. Your profile, your reviews, and what other places say about you all decide whether you show up at all. Everything needs to work together.
How it works
I find out where you stand. What’s working, what isn’t, who’s getting the jobs you want, and what can be won quickly.
What needs doing, and in what order. Quick wins go first, so something moves while the slower work is still underway.
Assessed and planned, so now it gets done. I get under the hood and work the list in the order we set.
Then I watch it long enough to gather meaningful data. Who found you, how, what they did next, and how business was affected. Then back to the top.

FAQ
Usually a few months before it’s obvious, and sometimes weeks or even days on local terms where the competition is soft. Anyone who promises you a date up front is guessing. You’ll see the tracking either way, so you’re never waiting in the dark.
The foundation is. Every site I build is set up properly so it can be found: the structure, the technical side, the basics on every page. But there’s plenty more that can be done on top of that foundation, and that’s what the SEO work is. It’s the difference between going to the gym once and going every week.
Maybe not yet. If you’re busy enough and the jobs are the right ones, spend your money elsewhere. SEO and digital marketing earn their keep when word of mouth goes quiet, or when it’s bringing in the wrong kind of work.
Same price for everyone. It doesn’t go up because your trade looks competitive or because you look like you can afford it. There are two plans: the full one, and a lite version that covers the same core work but goes lighter on the pieces that cost the most to run. If I’m already looking after your site, bolting SEO on costs a lot less. You’ll have the number before anything starts.
Very little. Most of it happens without you having to do anything. The one real ask is reviews: getting them is the piece nobody else can do for you, so I’ll show you how and make it easy.
No, and nobody honest will. Google doesn’t sell positions and doesn’t publish the rules. What I can tell you is what I’m doing, why, and whether it’s working, which is more than a guarantee is worth.
No. I won’t take on two businesses in the same trade chasing the same work in the same area, because ranking one of you means pushing the other down and I’d be working against myself. Same trade in a different town, or after a different kind of customer, is a different thing and I’ll take that on. If there’s any overlap at all, you’ll hear it from me on the first call.
Some of it, yes. Publishing, follow-up after a quote, review requests, getting an enquiry into the right place instead of a lost inbox. What’s worth automating depends on where your time actually goes, so it’s a conversation rather than a fixed package.
